 Store Policies
  1. Privacy Policy
    Sundial Micro respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only.


  2. Security Policy
    Security is our number on priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the Internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.


  3. Money back guaranty / Return for refund
    Sundial Micro provides 21-day satisfaction guaranty to insure your complete satisfaction with our products. All items except otherwise mentioned or outlined below, can be returned or postmarked within 21 days from the original date of the invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all opened/unopened/defective merchandise returned for refund. Defective merchandises are subject to Warranty repair/replacement for the same item. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.

    • LCD Monitors: All LCD monitors replacement or refund for 8 or more dead pixels only. Items for refund must be received by Sundial Micro within 14 days from the date of the original invoice.

  4.   An order is not binding upon Sundial Micro until it is accepted; Sundial Micro must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment.


  5. Payment Methods

    • Money Order and Cashier's Check (to prevent fraudulent checks, all checks must be cleared before order is shipped)
    • Wire Transfer (Additional $15 bank charge will be added to the order)

  6. Sales Tax
    Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within the sate of California.


  7. Change Orders
    You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call Sundial Micro at 909-930-9388, Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 5:30 pm PST to change your order. Please always have your order number ready. A revised order confirmation will be emailed to you promptly. Please make sure you receive a revised order confirmation from Sundial Micro. No order will be considered changed if there's no revised order confirmation issued by Sundial Micro. A request sent through Email may not be received in time.


  8. Cancel Order
    You may request a cancellation of your orders, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call Sundial Micro at 909-930-9388, Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm PST to cancel your order. Please always have your order number ready. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you promptly. Please make sure you receive a cancellation confirmation from Sundial Micro. No order will be considered canceled if there's no cancellation confirmation issued by Sundial Micro. A request sent through Email may not be received in time.


  9. Order Status
    You can always check your order status on our website by logging into your account. Sundial Micro will also do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mails. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.


  10. Product Listings
    Sundial Micro product descriptions are not designed or intended to replace your personal product knowledge, experience and/or research. Sundial Micro strives to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, compatibility references, information content, pricing, links and any other product information contained in or referenced on our site. However, occasional human error may occur and we therefore cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is entirely accurate, complete, current, or that we are responsible for these errors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or any other error, Sundial Micro at its sole discretion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and immediately amend, correct or remove the inaccurate information. Moreover, all links on Sundial Micro are intended only to provide visitors with assistance finding additional information and professional opinion; however, due to the fast pace of the industry, complex nature and personal subjective experience, reviews can become outdated or less accurate over time or even at inception and should therefore never be the sole determinate in a purchasing decision, or, most importantly, a substitute for doing one's own product research.


  11. Cross Ship
    Sundial Micro does not cross ship LCD Monitors under any condition. All other items can be cross-shipped if: 1. Customer agrees to pay cross ship item. 2. The exact same item is in stock. All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer. Under no condition will Sundial Micro cross ship any item after 21 days of original invoice date.


  12. Inspection
    The buyer shall inspect the goods at delivery and shall notify Sundial Micro of discrepancies, damages straight from the manufacture, and/or missing items within 48 hours of receipt of goods.


  13. Damaged claims
    It is very important to inspect the package at time of delivery. It is best to refuse delivery if carton shows signs of damage otherwise customer must sign an exception at time of delivery noting damage to carton to file damage claim when carton is visibly damaged. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of around 2 days to file the damage claim with shipping carrier. You could either:
    - Call 1-800-pick-ups to submit a damage claim with UPS within 48 hours of receipt of goods, and call Sundial Micro customer service at 909-930-9388 immediately After the damaged shipment claim were submitted.
    Or - call Sundial Micro and have us to help you submit the damage claim.
    Carrier Claims of physical damage need to be reported to shipping carrier and Sundial Micro within 48 hours of product receipt. If the item appears to be damaged straight from the manufacturer, please also call Sundial micro within 48 hours of receipt of Goods.


  14. Policies are subject to change without notice.

 Shipping Policies
  1. Same day shipping:
    Most orders received before 2:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day (except holidays), providing that there is no problem with the payment authorization or verification and the products ordered are in stock. However, same day shipping is not guaranteed. Some orders may be held longer for credit card verification procedures.


  2. Shipping methods:
    • UPS Ground (Standard Shipping Method) - Takes 5-7 Days plus processing time
    • UPS Three Day Select- Take three days plus processing time
    • UPS Second Day Air - Takes 2 Days plus processing time
    • UPS Next Day Air - Takes 1 Day plus processing time

  3. Shipping address:
    • If shipping address is different than billing address, please call your Credit Card Issuing Bank and register the shipping address so we can call and verify this information. (The bank phone number is located on the back of most credit cards.)
    • Failure to register shipping address may result in delay of order processing.
    • UPS do NOT ship to PO Box address.
    • No APO/FPO orders.
    • For HI, AK and PR customers, UPS can only ship via 2nd day Air or next Day Air and shipping time will not be guaranteed.

  4. Shipping Charges:
    Customer will pay shipping. This amount will be added into your total during the check out process.


  5. International orders:

 Warranty Policies
  1. All products sold by Sundial Micro except otherwise mentioned or outlined below, carry one (1) year manufacturer's warranty as outlined by the product's manufacturer. The warranty does not extend beyond the original buyer of products from Sundial Micro.
    • LCD Monitors: All LCD Monitors replacement or refund for 8 or more dead pixels only. Item for REFUND must be received by Sundial Micro within 14 days from the date of invoice.

  2. Warranty periods begin on the date of invoice.


  3. Sundial Micro does not support the manufacturer's warranty on any product beyond one year unless otherwise stated. For any manufacturer who offers a warranty on products exceeding one year, it is the Buyer's responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer for any repairs of the product beyond the first year of warranty.


  4. Some manufactures provides direct services to end users. It is recommended whenever possible customers return items(s) directly to manufacturer for service which greatly improves the turnaround time. Some manufactures pay 2 way shipping for repair / replacement products.


  5. Customers may be referred directly to certain manufacturers to process RMAs directly. Customers will be notified at the time of requesting RMA service.


  6. Sundial Micro does not warrant any products that have been subject to improper use, abuse or physical damage. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.


  7. Removal of any serial number or warranty labels will also void warranty of product.


  8. Sundial Micro is a retailer only. Products sold by Sundial Micro are not manufactured by Sundial Micro. Sundial Micro hereby gives notice to disclaim any and all product liabilities arising from the sale of the product. Customer acknowledges that Sundial Micro is only providing a service to handle any warranty claims against a manufacturer and will not be held liable, tangible or non-tangible, for any warranty loss or damage incurred by the customer.


  9. Sundial Micro does not take responsibility for the manufacturer warranty, if for any reason the manufacturer does not cover their warranty.


  10. Sundial Micro is not responsible for any damages to customer's equipment caused by products purchased from Sundial Micro.


  11. Defective products will be replaced with the same product if the same product is still available. Otherwise, Sundial Micro reserves the right to decide whether to repair the defective product or to replace it with a similar product.


  12. Cross shipment for replacements or exchanges may be allowed only if : 1. Customer agrees to pay for cross ship item (s). 2. The same item is in stock. All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer. Under no condition will Sundial Micro cross-ship any item after 21 days of original invoice date.


  13. For any "returned for repair" or "returned for replacement" product not found to be defective, Sundial Micro reserves the right to charge the customer's account/credit card for its costs to ship the non-defective product back to the customer, as well as a testing fee of not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00 US).


  14. In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be in Los Angeles County, California. In the event of default, the prevailing party int eh legal action is entitled to recover attorney fees and court costs incurred in litigation of this matter.

 RMA Policies
  1. Original receipt is required for all return for refund or RMA replacement / repair service.

  2. Customer need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the product back to Sundial Micro. All returns without RMA number will be rejected.

  3. For RMA REPAIR / REPLACEMENT, once RMA numbers issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by Sundial Micro. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. After 15 days, the RMA number will be cancelled and all shipments will be refused.

  4. For RETURN FOR REFUND, all items except otherwise mentioned or outlined below, must be returned or postmarked within 21 days from the original date of the invoice. No refund after 21 days from the date of the invoice.
    • LCD monitors: All LCD monitors replacement or refund for 8 or more dead pixels only. Items for refund must be received by Sundial Micro within 14 days from the date of the original invoice. We do not issue store credit.

  5. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all opened/ unopened/ defective merchandise returned for refund. Defective products are subject to warranty repair/ replacement for exactly same model.

  6. The original shipping charge is not refundable

  7. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the SHIPPING LABEL of boxes containing the returned product, no the carton. Please do not write RMA number(s) on the carton.

  8. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Sundial Micro. All items returned must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Any products damaged during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all risk of loss or damage for the return product during shipment.

  9. Customers agree to bear all return shipping charges. All RMA returns must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipment or any out of country shipment requiring a Brokerage or Customs fee will be accepted. Sundial micro will return ship to customer via regular shipping method and pay shipping charges to destinations within USA or Canada only. Customer pays all balance. Any other shipping arrangement will cost extra. Sundial micro will pay no Brokerage, duty, customs fee, V.A.T. or any other fee except return shipping charge.

  10. Customer agrees that all returned for refund products will be 100% complete, in re-salable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Sundial Micro's return procedure will be breached and Sundial Micro will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

  11. Some manufactures provide direct services to end-users.  Limitation Of Liability

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Sundial Micro's MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. Sundial Micro SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Sundial Micro SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT Sundial Micro IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
